# Working with AI agents

> HERO's built-in AI agents for drafting, reviewing, and analysing documents — accessible via the REST API and MCP server, with skills for contracts, NDAs, compliance, and more.

HERO ships several specialised AI agents accessible via the `/api/ai-agent` endpoints available via the [**API**](../api-reference/ai/) as well as the [**MCP**](../mcp/overview) server.

## Tools

Agents can call tools to read and write documents, tables, projects, and the web. <br />
The catalog covers editor operations, table data and schema, project trees, web search, and workflow control.
