# Delete an AI chat session

> Deletes the stored conversation history for a session and discards its undo stack, including the editor snapshots the AI captured before each edit.

Call this when the user deletes a chat; without it the session and its snapshots linger until the 7-day TTL.

Idempotent — deleting an unknown or already-deleted session succeeds.
