`cancel_signature_request`

Cancel the signature request out on a document: its links stop working, signatures given through it are cleared, the document can be edited again, and its signers are emailed that it was cancelled. It can't be reversed, so cancel only after the user's explicit go-ahead. In HERO's chat the card is the go-ahead: when the user asks for it, call it straight away, and nothing happens until they click Cancel request on the card under your reply.
