create_table_reference
Link a table column (and optionally one row) to a document so the document can show that column’s value as a placeholder. The table, column and row must be ones you can see, in the document’s workspace. Returns the tableReferenceId to put on a placeholder node, plus the document’s row binding when rowId is given.
