build_document_map Map a document’s structure without reading all of it: its clause sections (numbering, title, depth, content) and its defined terms. Pass depth for just the numbers and titles at one level, a table of contents. Sections are paged (up to 100 per call); terms come with the first page. Paged: when the result’s page.nextOffset is present, more remains — pass page.nextOffset as offset to continue.
