create_skill
Workspace skills are instructions the workspace’s admins write for HERO’s AI. Every turn the AI sees each enabled skill’s name and description, and loads its instructions when the description matches the request. Create one. Turn what the user asks for into a complete skill: a clear name, a description of when it applies, and instructions specific enough to follow. It is on unless the user says otherwise. When the user asks for a lasting change in how you work (“from now on”, “always”, “never again”), offer to save it as a skill.

Short Title Case name for what the skill covers, e.g. “Contract Review”.

When the AI should use the skill. The AI decides from this alone whether to load it, so name the requests it covers. For a rule that must always hold (“never do X”), say it applies to every request.

The skill’s body in plain Markdown (headings, lists, bold, tables, code), written as direct instructions to the AI. Not HERO’s extended syntax: no @clause, placeholders or other HERO blocks.

Whether the AI uses the skill.

Limit the skill to these projects; an empty list applies it across the workspace. When the user says a skill is for somewhere by name, check whether that is a project (limit to it) or the workspace itself.
