update_skill
Change a workspace skill: rename it, rewrite its description or instructions, turn it on or off, or change the projects it applies to. Pass only what changes. instructions replaces the whole body, so call get_skill first and send the full revised text.

Short Title Case name for what the skill covers, e.g. “Contract Review”.

When the AI should use the skill. The AI decides from this alone whether to load it, so name the requests it covers. For a rule that must always hold (“never do X”), say it applies to every request.

The skill’s body in plain Markdown (headings, lists, bold, tables, code), written as direct instructions to the AI. Not HERO’s extended syntax: no @clause, placeholders or other HERO blocks.
boolean
Whether the AI uses the skill.

Limit the skill to these projects; an empty list applies it across the workspace. When the user says a skill is for somewhere by name, check whether that is a project (limit to it) or the workspace itself.
