list_relation_candidates List the records (rows) a relation (oneMany) column may link to. With a relation filter this is the narrowed set, which is what the picker offers; without one it is every row in the linked table. Pass rowId when the filter reads a value off the row being edited — without it there is no row to read and the call reports FILTER_SOURCE_EMPTY rather than falling back to everything.
