resolve_relation_as_of
Resolve what a relation into a versioned reference table reads as of a given release — so a document written against an earlier one keeps showing the labels it was written with. A null resolvedRowId means the stable key does not exist in that release: the row was added later, or removed. That is the answer, not a failure.
